Codes other than code 81140/32 may be output at this time, but
they are not relevant to this check.

SUPPLEMENTAl RESTRAINT SYSTEM
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK.
Disconnect negative (-) terminal cable from the battery,
and wait at least for 90 seconds.
Disconnect the side airbag sensor (RH) from the connec­
tor and connect the side airbag sensor (LH) to the con­
nector.
Connect negative (-) terminal cable to the battery, and
wait at least for 2 seconds.
Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait at least for 20 se­
conds.
Clear the DTC stored in memory
(See step 5 on page Dl-326).
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK, and wait at least for 20
seconds.
Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait at least for 20 se­
conds.
Check the DTC (See page Dl-326).
DTC 81140/32 Is not output.
Replace alrbag sensor assembly.
