Right Crankcase Cover Removal - Honda 1998 VT750C Service Manual

RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil (page 3-12).
Remove the exhaust pipe/muffler (page 2-7).
Remove the right footpeg and rear brake pedal (page
14-15).
Remove the right crankcase bolts, clutch cable guide
and cover.
Disconnect the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm.
Remove the dowel pins and gasket.
DISASSEMBLV
Remove the clutch lifter piece.
Remove the snap ring and return spring from the
right crankcase cover.
CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
