SYSTEM TESTING
COOLANT (HYDROMETER TEST)

Be sure the engine is cool before removing the cap
or you may be severely scalded.
Remove the fuel tank (page 2-4).
Remove the steering covers (page 2-3).
Remove the radiator cap.
Check the coolant gravity using a hydrometer.
STANDARD COOLANT CONCENTRATION: 50 %
Look for contamination and replace the coolant if
necessary.
