Lifter Plate Bearing; Clutch Spring; Clutch Disc - Honda 1998 VT750C Service Manual

Remove the clutch outer guide.
INSPECTION
LIFTER PLATE BEARING
Check the lifter plate bearing for damage.
Turn the bearing inner race with your finger. The bear-
ing should turn smoothly and quietly without play.
Also check that the bearing outer race fits in the plate.
Replace the bearing if necessary.
