Right Crankcase Cover; Installation - Honda CB 600F Hornet 2007 Shop Manual

Apply a locking agent to the setting plate bolt
threads.
Install the setting plate and tighten the bolt securely.
Install the gearshift arm to the gearshift spindle,
aligning the arm slit with the punch mark on the
gearshift spindle.
Install and tighten the pinch bolt to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 20 N•m (2.0 kgf•m, 15 lbf•ft)
Install the following:
- clutch (page 9-13)
- right crankcase cover (page 9-25)

RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER

INSTALLATION

Apply sealant to the mating surfaces of the right
crankcase cover and crankcase.
