Pivot Bearing Replacement - Honda 1998 VT750C Service Manual

REAR WHEEL/BRAKE/SUSPENSION
INSPECTION
Inspect the swingarm for deformation or cracks.
Check the pivot bearings, collars and dust seals for
wear or damage.
COLLARS
PIVOT BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the dust seals from the right and left
swingarm pivots.
Remove the snap ring from the right pivot.
Drive the right pivot ball bearings out of the
swingarm using a hydraulic press and driver shaft.
Drive the left needle bearing out of the swingarm.
