Check the starter relay coil ground wire lines - N o continuity_
(page 18-13).

Check the starter relay voltage at the sterter -
No voltage-
relay switch 4P connector (page 18-13).

• Faulty side stand switch

• Open circuit in wire harness
• Faulty ignition switch

Check the starter relay switch operation
(page 18-13).

Faulty starter relay switch
The starter motor turns when the transmission is in neutral, but does not turn with the transmission in any position
except neutral. The side stand is up and the clutch lever is pulled in.
Check that the side stand indicator operates

• Burnt bulb
• Open circuit in wire harness
