Remove the pivot bolt and gearshift pedal/arm from
the left footpeg.
Remove the following:
- Right crankcase cover (page 8-3)
- Clutch (page 8-4)
- Oil pump drive chain (page 8-6)
Remove the oil pipe stay mounting bolt and remove
the oil pipe mounting bolt.
Pull
the oil pipe out of the stay and oil pump.
Remove the a-ring from the oil pipe.
Remove the gearshift spindle from the crankcase
while unhooking the shifter arm from the gearshift
cam plate.
