Removing the TX-CBs

Grasp the handle on the power supply faceplate and pull firmly. Slide it halfway out

of the chassis (see Figure 47 on page 93).
Place one hand underneath the power supply to support it, and slide it completely

out of the chassis.
CAUTION: Be prepared to support the full weight of the power supply as
you remove it from the TX Matrix router.
Repeat the procedure for the other power supply.

NOTE: This illustrations shows two-input 160-A power supplies. The
procedure is the same for three-input 240-A power supplies

The TX Matrix router can have up to two TX-CBs. These are located in the upper rear of
the chassis in the slots marked
To remove the TX-CBs (see Figure 48 on page 94):
Place an electrostatic bag or antistatic mat on a flat, stable surface.

Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and connect

the strap to an approved site ESD grounding point. See the instructions for your site.
Loosen the captive screws on the ejector handles on both sides of the TX-CB faceplate.
3.
Flip the ejector handles outward to unseat the TX-CB.
4.
Grasp the ejector handles and slide the TX-CB about halfway out of the chassis.
