DTC P0100 MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
WIRING DIAGRAM
1. Manifold differential pressure (MDP) sensor
2. Mass air flow (MAF) sensor
3. To other sensors
DTC DETECTING CONDITION AND TROUBLE AREA
DTC DETECTING CONDITION
DTC will set when either of the following conditions is detected.
D Engine running and more than 5.0 V MAF sensor output voltage
continues for 1 sec.
D Engine running and less than 0.3 V MAF sensor output voltage
continues for 1 sec.
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
NOTE:
When DTC P0100, P0110, P0115, P0120, P0135 and/or P1408 are indicated together, it is possible that "Or"
circuit is open.
1) With ignition switch OFF, connect scan tool.
2) Turn ON ignition switch and clear DTC by using scan tool if any.
3) Start engine and run it for 10 sec.
4) Check DTC by using scan tool.
