DTC P0335 CRANKSHAFT POSITION (CKP) SENSOR CIRCUIT
(DTC No.23) MALFUNCTION
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
DTC DETECTING CONDITION
D NO CKP sensor signal for 2 seconds at engine
cranking.
Reference
Connect oscilloscope between terminals C20-3 (+) and C20-11 (–) of ECM connector connected to ECM and check
CKP sensor signal.
Oscilloscope Waveforms
0.5 V / Div.
Waveforms at engine cranking (260 r/min)
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1) Clear DTC and crank engine for 2 sec.
2) Select "DTC" mode on scan tool and check DTC.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
D CKP sensor circuit open or short.
D Crankshaft timing belt pulley teeth damaged.
