BRAKE PEDAL AND BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET
: Tightening Torque
: Do not reuse

REMOVAL
1) Disconnect stop light switch coupler.
2) Disconnect push rod clevis from brake pedal.
3) Remove attaching nuts.
4) Remove brake pedal bracket with brake pedal.
5) Remove each parts, if necessary.
INSTALLATION
Reverse removal procedure for installation, noting the following.
D Tighten each nuts and screws to specified torque as indicated
above figure.
D After installing, check brake pedal play and perform brake test.

1. Brake booster assembly
2. Push rod clevis
3. Brake pedal bracket
4. Clevis pin:
Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A
99000-25010 to clevis pin.
5. Clip
6. Stop light switch
7. Stop light switch coupler
8. Nut
9. Brake pedal (for M / T model)
10. Brake pedal (for A / T model)
11. Pedal pad (for M / T model)
12. Pedal pad (for A / T model)
13. Screw
14. Pedal shaft stopper
15. Pedal shaft
16. Pedal bush
17. Pedal shaft spacer:
Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A
99000-25010 to outside surface of spacer.
18. Pedal shaft nut
