EXHAUST MANIFOLD
: Tightening Torque
: Do not reuse
1. Exhaust manifold 6. Exhaust No.1 pipe seal ring
2. Engine hook 7. Exhaust No.1 pipe
3. Exhaust manifold cover 8. Oxygen sensor No.2
4. Oxygen sensor No.1 9. Catalytic converter case
5. Exhaust manifold gasket 10. Catalytic converter case gasket
WARNING:
To avoid danger of being burned, do not service exhaust
system while it is still hot. Service should be performed af-
ter system cools down.
REMOVAL
1) Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2) Disconnect oxygen sensor No.2 (1) coupler and clamp.
3) Remove exhaust No.1 pipe (2) with catalytic converter case (3).
4) Disconnect oxygen sensor No.1 (1) coupler and clamp.
5) Remove exhaust manifold cover (2).

12. Exhaust manifold bolt (short)
13. Exhaust manifold nut
14. Exhaust pipe bolt
15. Catalytic converter case nut
