• Some application programs (on the computer) can specify the magnification setting of the printer
driver (e.g., MS Excel). In a case like this, SP8-471 recognizes the setting and increases the
corresponding counter. Other application programs can magnify or reduce the print images on their
own. In a case like this, SP8-471 does not recognize the magnification setting of the application
programs and increase the counter of 100%.
• Magnification adjustment conducted on the document server is not counted.
• Blank cover sheets and slip sheets are regarded as 100%.
