Ingredients
4 medium eggs
500 ml milk
Salt
Pepper
300 g cooked ham (slices)
16 sheets lasagne
(not pre-cooked)
200 g grated cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
30 g butter

Mix together the eggs and
milk, season with salt and
pepper and halve the ham slices.

Layer the egg and milk
mixture, lasagne sheets and
ham in an oven dish, starting
and fi nishing with the egg and
milk mixture.

Mix the cheese and bread-
crumbs and sprinkle on top.

Chop the butter into fl akes,
scatter over the lasagne and
bake (see below for settings).
