Ingredients
100 g spelt, cracked
100 ml water
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 Chinese cabbage
100 g grated cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
150 g crème fraîche
1 medium egg
Salt and pepper

Vegetable rolls

Serves 4

Place the spelt grain and
water in a solid cooking
container and cook (see below
for settings).

Dice the peppers and onions,
place in a perforated
cooking container and cook
with the spelt grain (see below
for settings).

Blanch the large leaves of
the Chinese cabbage in a
perforated cooking container
(see below for settings).

Mix all the other ingredients
and season with salt and
pepper. Spread on the Chinese
cabbage leaves, roll up and cook
again (see below for settings).

Serve with lamb's lettuce.
