4 tomatoes
1-2 cloves of garlic

4 stalks of basil
100 g goats' cheese

C, and negligible amounts of
protein and fat. With only 17
calories per 100 g they are not
only great for a healthy diet, but
also help combat stress and

Greek tomatoes
Serves 4

Wash and dry the tomatoes,
cut in half and place them in
a perforated container with the
cut side upwards.

Finely chop the garlic or put
it through a garlic press.
Spread it over the cut tomatoes
and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse and fi nely tear the
basil before scattering it over
the tomatoes.

Break up the goats' cheese
and arrange over the
tomatoes. Place the container in
the oven and cook (see below
for settings).
