Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
50 g cream cheese
20 g crème fraîche
200 g jar of mixed mushrooms
20 g mixed herbs
Salt
Pepper
Coriander
Chicken breasts stuffed with

Cut a pocket in the side of
the chicken breasts, and
season with salt.

Mix the cream cheese, crème
fraîche and mixed herbs and
season with salt, pepper and
coriander.

Drain the mushrooms well,
chop fi nely and stir in.

Stuff the chicken breasts
with the mushroom mixture
and secure with a cocktail stick if
necessary. Cook in a perforated
cooking container (see below
for settings).
Delicious served with potato
rösti.
