If you want the chicken browner
underneath turn it over and cook
under the grill for 5-10 mintes
using Level 3.  Use any leftover
chicken to make a tasty salad for
lunch.

Remove the giblets from the
chicken if necessary.

Stir the seasoning into the
oil and brush all over the
chicken. Put the chicken, breast
side up, on the rack with the
universal tray underneath it and
roast (see below for settings).
