Ingredients
2 tomatoes
100 g Mozzarella
4 slices white bread
2 tbsp pesto
Salt
Pepper
Tomato-Mozzarella seasoning
4 slices of cheese
(e.g. Emmentaler)
Fresh basil

Italian toast

Serves 4

Wash and slice the tomatoes
and slice the Mozzarella.

Toast the bread on the rack
(see below for settings), turn
over and spread with pesto.

Place tomatoes and
Mozzarella on top,
season with salt and pepper, add
Tomato-Mozzarella seasoning
and top with cheese.

Place the toast with topping
on the rack, insert the
universal tray on the lowest
shelf level and grill (see below
for settings). 
Garnish with fresh basil before
serving.
