Ingredients
280 g low fat quark
4 medium egg yolks
1 tsp lemon zest
4 medium egg whites
80 g sugar
Butter for greasing
Sugar for sprinkling

Mix the quark with the egg
yolks and add the lemon
zest.

Beat the egg whites and
sugar until stiff and fold into
the quark mixture.

Grease 8 ramekins and sprin-
kle with sugar. Pour in the
quark mixture and cover with
heat resistant foil and cook (see
below for settings).
