50 g Cheddar cheese
30 g butter
30 g plain fl our

Broccoli in a
cream cheese sauce
Serves 4

Place broccoli in a perforated
cooking container.

Knead the butter and
fl our into tiny dumplings
and place in a solid cooking
container with vegetable stock,
cream and cheese and cook in
the steam oven above the broc-
coli (see below for settings).

Pour the sauce over the veg-
etables and serve with roast
meat and potatoes.
