Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1–2 medium eggs
Salt
Nutmeg
50 g plain fl our
50 g potato starch
Butter for greasing

Wash the potatoes and cook
in a perforated cooking
container (see below for set-
tings).

Peel and pass the potatoes
through a potato ricer while
still hot.

Add the eggs to the potato
and season with salt and
nutmeg. Stir in the fl our and
potato starch.

Make a roll from the dough
and divide into 12–14 pieces.
Roll the pieces into dumplings
and cook in a greased, perforat-
ed cooking container (see below
for settings).
