Opening the casings
Operations
Remove the engine from the frame
Remove the lubrication system
Remove the complete head unit with
timing system
Remove the complete cylinder/piston
unit
Remove the generator-side cover
and the complete generator
Remove the mesh filter
Remove the clutch-side cover
Remove the complete clutch unit
Remove engine ignition assembly
Using two screwdrivers, remove the circlip (1) from the timing layshaft (2) on the clutch-side casing.
