1. Replace the primary I/O book, location:
U1.18-P1-H2.
2. hhh indicates the failing processor.
Replace the MCM that contains the failing
processor according to the following table:
v hhh = 0 - 7: U1.18-P1-C1
v hhh = 8-15: U1.18-P1-C3
v hhh = 16-23: U1.18-P1-C4
v hhh = 24-31: U1.18-P1-C2
