BCC III is starting up (booting).
Note: It takes more than 70 seconds before
the BCC III begins communicating with the
3300 ICP. Just before the BCC III starts to
communicate with the 3300 ICP, the TX/RX
LED goes out and then the alarm LED goes
out. If there isn't any communication, the
TX/RX LED turns on again.
Note: The Ethernet LED and the Ethernet
jack is not used by the technician in the
field; only manufacturing use these.

BCC III is attempting to start communication
with the 3300 ICP.

BCC III is being downloaded by the
3300 ICP. The download process takes
approximately 10 minutes.
