Logout from a shell session.

Description
Use this command to logout from a telnet, rlogin or serial port session. Telnet and
rlogin connections are closed, the serial port returns to the "login:" prompt.
The commands "exit" and "quit" are accepted as synonyms for logout, as is a
Ctrl-D typed at the beginning of a line.

None.
Example
To exit from a shell session:
switch:admin> exit
Connection to host lost.
