This command enables the user to delete an existing entry from the date book, or add/delete
exception instance for a specific entry.

A schedule multiple recurring instances.
0 - None (Default).
1 - Daily.
2 - Weekly.
3 - Monthly on day (for example: 2nd Wednesday each
month).
4 - Monthly on date (for example: every 15th of the
month). If on days that do not occur each mount such as
the 29th, 30th, or 31st, the reminder is activated on the
last week day of the month.
5 - Yearly.
The maximum number of characters in the <Title>
entry.
