This message appears if resin-pump motor
has been running too long without a
corresponding material-level change. Try
one or more of the following:
1. Verify the induction seal has been
removed on the material cartridge
and that the cap has been loosened
a quarter turn. If cartridge was not
vented, remove and inspect cartridge
to check if it has collapsed. If it
has, refer to
troubleshooting section to resolve issue.
2. Remove and reinstall the material
cartridge, making sure it is fully seated.
3. Check the MDM Drip Tray and Printer
Drip Tray for leaks. If there is material
in one of the drip trays, inspect MCO
tubing, inside of MDM, and upper build
chamber for cause of leak. If MCO
tubing is found to have a leak, perform
the procedure
Tubing Only
4. Is the material tubing being reused
after a Material Changeover? Check the
entire tube, pumphead and fittings for
obstructions or cured resin. Cured resin
blockages in tubing can cause slow
resin flow and cured resin in fittings
may prevent coupling. In either case,
perform the procedure
MCO Tubing
5. Did you leave an empty MDM Drawer
open for a long period of time? If
so, material could have cured on
the exposed cartridge coupler from
exposure to ambient UV light. Cured
material on the coupler can cause a
blockage and, thus, slow material flow.
In this case, perform the procedure
