CUSTOMER TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
Any one of the following could be the cause:
1. Material was not mixed sufficiently before inserting cartridge into machine.
Ensure you follow the premixing instructions in the section

2. Material was not stirred in the resin tray before printing. Be sure to stir the
material in the tray before printing according to the section

3. You may have failed to sufficiently complete a
If you performed an MCO without properly switching out all material-related
components, another material type may have mixed with your current material.
4. You may have over-cured or under-cured the part. Ensure the part is cured as
recommended in the
Material Curing Chart
5. You may not have cleaned the resin tray well enough before changing from one
pigmented material to another. See the section
6. You may have used a material that is not compatible with that resin tray, due
to material you have run in it before. See the section

This could be caused by:
1. Dirty projector lens - Clean the lens according to the section

2. Tension arms are not fully engaged. See item

3. Dirty catch-tray glass - Clean the catch tray according to the section

4. Debris on the print platform - partially cured material from a previous build
or other debris could prevent adhesion. Ensure you clean the print platform
between each build as in the section
5. Print platform not flat. Check your platform's level.

1. Ensure nothing is blocking the path of the projector's radiation to the bottom of
