HOW TO CLEAR
STATE
Flashing red
This message appears if there is a material
overflow detected when the machine IS
printing.
1. Inspect resin tray and upper-build
chamber for overflowing material.
a. If you suspect that the resin tray
is leaking, perform the steps in
the section
Leak
b. If overflow is observed, turn off
the printer. Refer to troubleshooting
item HW4
Cease operation of the printer and
contact 3D Systems Service.
c. If material is not actually
overflowing:
1. Remove resin-tray lid if installed.
2. Inspect the material-level sensor
3. If these steps do not resolve
2. If resin tray has leaked or overflowed,
inspect lower build chamber and both
the Printer Drip Tray and MDM Drip Tray
for material contamination. If material is
contained in the drip trays, clean them
and the spill sensor, according to the
section

other material handling tool to
carefully remove material from
the resin tray until the fault is
cleared. Discard the syringe or
tool according to all government
regulations.
