During the restructuring of this document, it was required that we no
longer maintain our existing format style. This has resulted in the
relocation of the PMS and Spare and Replacement Parts Sections of
the manual.
The PMS and the Spare and Replacement Parts Sections of the
manual are now contained as Appendix A and Appendix B, respectively.
In order to maintain integrity between the PMS and its associated PM
form, Appendix A paragraph numbering will remain unchanged within
the appendix. However, the paragraph number no longer will relate to
the location within the manual.
