When the Preventive Maintenance category is selected, the screen shown in
Figure 9 will appear.
Turn the rotary knob to select Activate, then press the knob to confirm. The
next preventive maintenance due date can then be set using the screen as
shown in Figure 10.

With Activate selected, the screen will appear as shown in
the rotary knob to position the box under Mth and press the knob to highlight
the box. Turn the knob to select the next month preventive maintenance is
due, and press the knob to enter the month.
With the box under Day, press the knob to highlight the box. Turn the knob to
select the desired day, then press the knob to enter the day.
With the box under Year, press the knob to highlight the box. Turn the knob to
select the year, and press the knob to enter the year.
