4.7.2 Setting the
Password

The LCD keypad has different access levels that are password protected.
Different levels provide access to more parameters and give read and write
privileges.
If you expect to see more parameters or need higher access to change
parameters, please contact KEB.
A user can change the password by:
• Parameter OS01 at Home > Prog > Operator System > OS01
• Home > Prog (F3) > Pass (F2)
The following passwords are used to gain access levels:
User

OEM

Adjuster
R/W
User

Basic
Read only
The password must be entered with the NUM method of adjustment
described in Section 4.7.1.
From the OEM-level, parameters can be hidden in the Adjust, User, and
Basic access levels (i.e. unused or OEM-specific settings). Refer to
Section 4.11 for additional information.
