LA60, LC35, LC36. Increased value ranges for parameters LC21-LC24, LT13.

information has been removed.

Fault Tables: Updated the E.OP section describing the GTR7 turn on voltage; this is
now 780VDC for 400V units.

Section 6.15: Corrected PDO hex addresses; specifically, PDO2 addresses for all
three serial modes were incorrect and PDO3 addresses for Service 49 and Serial
Binary Service 50 were incorrect.
Section 7.2: Serial Command Speed Error description corrected; specifically the
timer definition was not correct and should actually match the timer definition used in
the Speed Selection Error description (t = LT03 + 20.0 seconds = Speed Start Delay
+ 20.0 seconds Default = 0.70s + 20.0s = 20.7s)
