When the drive is operating in UPS Mode utilizing the Open Loop Easy
Direction function, this timer will adjust how long the drive samples the torque
current in each direction. This timer begins after the LT31 timer has expired.
Once LT30 has expired, the drive will run the motor in the Easy Direction at
the programmed LS10 Battery Operation Speed.
When the drive is operating in UPS Mode utilizing the Open Loop Easy
Direction function, this timer will delay the start of torque current monitoring.
This is to allow the motor to achieve constant speed in order to obtain a
consistent sample. Once LT31 has expired the LT30 timer will start.
Before the actual UPS Mode run starts (when sampling occurs) the motor
i
will turn in both directions at the programmed LS10 Battery Operation
Speed for the total time LT30+LT31. If the drive determines the Easy
Direction to be the same as the last direction sampled, it will keep the
motor running in that direction continuing into the UPS Mode run.
