The Recall CO Ringing flash rate is the rate at which a CO Line button or
Loop button flashes when a call recalls to your station. This flash rate can
be programmed to 29 different options identified in the flash rate table.
This enables the programmer to customize the key system configuration
to desired flash rates. By default, Recall CO Ringing flash rate is set for a
Red 480 ipm Flutter (08).
