The 'Edit Profile' screen shown
at right allows the operator to
edit profiles. If a profile slot is
being used, then the retrieved
profile will be displayed on the
screen. A setpoint can be
changed by moving the cursor
to the value to be changed
using the arrow keys and
entering in a new value using
the numeric keys. A line may
be deleted by placing the
cursor on the line to be deleted
and pressing "CLEAR". To
move the editing cursor from
the left column to the right
column press the "SELECT"
key. To add a new line go to an empty line at the end of the list and type in a new setpoint. The line will be
inserted automatically in the correct place. When all editing is completed press "ENTER" to continue, or
"EXIT" to abort. Refer to Page 17 for a more detailed description of the edit profile function.
Select the slots into which the
profile is to be stored. By
default, the original selected
profile is chosen. Multiple
slots can be selected by
moving the cursor to the slot
number and pressing the
"SELECT" key, which will
toggle a diamond beside the
slot number. This feature
provides a quick way to build
up profiles that have small
differences. Once all chosen
slots have been selected, press
"ENTER" to select which
machines are to receive the
profile. Press "EXIT" to return
to the edit screen without
storing changes at the machine.
