The operator is asked to
choose which machine type
should be reported. Choosing
'All' will print a report for all
machines. Choose the machine
type by moving the cursor to
the desired selection and
pressing "ENTER". The cursor
will flash briefly, and the printer
will start up after a short delay.
If the printer does not start to
print, then there is a printer
error. A box will be displayed
after about six seconds to
inform the operator of a printer
error (see below). Refer to the
'Printer' section on page 99 for
more information.
This dialogue box is displayed
when a printer error occurs. A
printer error may occur for a
variety of different reasons: the
printer may not be turned on,
the printer cable may not be
properly connected to the
display panel, or the printer
may be offline. Consult your
printer manual for more
information on printer
operation and correcting
printing problems. If 'Continue
Printing' is selected, the
system will try to resend the
print job. Another box appears
if the problem still persists.
'Stop Printing' will cancel the report, but the display panel must still be able to communicate with the
printer to finish up properly. In other words, the printer report is still active. Refer to the 'Printer' section
on Page 99 for instructions on cancelling the report completely.
