This dialog box allows the
operator to edit the 'Report
Interval' field. The report
interval is entered in hours and
can be in the range of 0.1
hours (6 minutes) to 24.0
hours. If an invalid number is
entered, an error message will
be displayed. While in edit
mode, the "CLEAR" key can
be used to erase one digit.
Pressing "ENTER" once will
exit edit mode. Pressing
"ENTER" a second time will
use the new value for the
report interval. Press "EXIT"
to return without making any
changes.
This dialogue box prompts the
operator for confirmation
before saving the new auto
report information. Choosing
'Abort' or pressing "EXIT"
will return without saving the
data. Choosing 'Use New
Settings' will save the
information to the memory on
the display panel. If the auto
report is enabled and the
current date is between the
start and end date, an auto
report will be printed
immediately.
NOTE: If an auto report
becomes due, and the printer is
already in use, the auto report will be skipped. After a display panel is powered on and auto reports are
enabled, it will take 1 to 2 minutes before the first auto report is printed out.
