The first line in the dialog box
shows what kind of print job is
currently active, or 'Inactive'
if the printer is not printing
anything. The second line
indicates the printer status. If
the printer is idle this line
should say 'Ready', and while
printing is active this line
should say 'Busy'. If an error
occurs during printing,
'Offline/Error' will be shown.
Check that the printer is
powered on, has paper and is
online. Also check that the
cable from the printer is
properly attached to the
display panel. Please refer to the printer's manual for suggestions on how to correct the problem. The
last line indicates the type of printer selected.

6.6.2 Cancel Printing

The 'Cancel Printing' function
is used to stop a print job
which is currently active. If no
print job is active an error
message is displayed.
