The auto report screen shown
at right displays the current
auto report setup. In order for
auto reports to be generated,
the current date must be later
than the 'Starting Date', and it
must be before the 'Ending
Date'. To change one of these
fields, use the up and down
arrow keys to highlight the
field and press "SELECT".
The box shown in Figure 91
will be displayed. The 'Report
Interval' determines the
amount of time between auto
reports. A new value can be
entered using the numeric
keys, or press "SELECT" to display the editing box shown in Figure 92. Highlighting and pressing
"SELECT" on 'Report Feature' will toggle between 'Disabled', 'Enabled (long)' and 'Enabled (short)'
to turn the auto report off, to enable the long report, or to enable the short report respectively. Press
"ENTER" to save new settings, or "EXIT" to abort without saving.
This dialog box is displayed
when editing the 'Starting
Date' and 'Ending Date'
fields. Enter data using the
format shown on the screen.
The left and right cursor keys
can be used to move from one
entry field to the next. A new
number can be typed over an
existing number to change it,
or the "CLEAR" key can be
used to clear the field. Press
"ENTER" to use the new data
and return to the previous
screen. If any of the fields
contain invalid data, an error
message is displayed and the
cursor is placed on the offending field. Press "EXIT" to return without making any changes.
