General Description
Use this Memory Block to specify a time interval during the incoming call detection process
so that if an address signal is not received within a specified time, an error tone is returned
to the other system.

A dial pulse is not received within the time specified by this Memory Block after the receiving side detects the
off-hook signal.
The next dial pulse is not received within the time specified by this Memory Block after the receiving side
detects (receives) a dial pulse.
2. This Memory Block affects T1 channels assigned to Tie/DID lines.
