General Description
Use this Memory Block to assign the minimum length of a call before the Station Message
Detail Recording (SMDR) outputs a record of the outgoing CO/PBX call.

Minimum time assignment is 000 sec.
Time assignment can be set from 000 sec.~990 sec. in increments of 10
(Setting Data: 00~99)
