This lamp lights ON and the buzzer sounds when the commu-
nication between MCU and engine ECM on the engine is
abnormal, or if the cluster received specific fault code from
engine ECM.

Check the communication line between them.
If the communication line is OK, then check the fault codes on
the monitor.
