Reassembly hydraulic lock differential Reassembly hydraulic lock differential

Mount two locating pins and press the
heated crown wheel onto the differential
housing until contact is obtained.

Insert thrust washer into the differential
housing.
③
Insert axle bevel gear.
④
Insert spider gears with thrust washers
into the differential housing and fix them
with the spider shaft (long).
※
Thrust washers must be positioned with
the tabs (see arrow) being located in the
recesses of the differential housing.
