Mount two locating pins and press the
heated crown wheel onto the differential
housing until contact is obtained.

Insert thrust washer into the differential
housing.

M o u n t o u t e r a n d i n n e r d i s k s i n
alternating order, starting with an outer
disk.

The installation clearance of the internal
parts is corrected by mounting outer
disks with different thicknesses.
