Insert spider gears with thrust washers
into the differential housing and fix them
with the two spider shafts (short).

Thrust washers must be positioned with
the tabs (see arrow 1) being located in
the recesses of the differential housing.
※
Pay attention to radial installation position
of the spider shafts (fixing holes, arrow
2).

Fix spider shafts (short) with slotted pins.
※
Flush mount slotted pins.
⑦
Mount second axle bevel gear.
⑧
Fix the thrust washers into the housing
cover by means of grease.
