BGP dynamic peer configuration

Network diagram
All routers run BGP. Router A needs to establish an IBGP connection with Router B, Router C, and
Router D, respectively.
Configure the BGP dynamic peer feature to simply the IBGP peer configuration. Configure Router A
as the route reflector to reflect routes among Router B, Router C, and Router D.
