Configuring the BGP dynamic peer feature

This feature enables BGP to dynamically establish BGP peer relationships with devices in a specific
subnet, and add the dynamic BGP peers to a peer group, without the need of configuring peers one
by one.
BGP dynamically establishes a peer relationship with a device in the specified subnet only after
receiving a connection request from that device.
To configure the BGP dynamic peer feature:

Create a BGP peer group.
